When to the collision shop for an alignment. But after 2 tries they couldn't get it to quit pulling and did not charge me, but after I ask people on facebook where else to go because dens couldn't get it then got on my facebook and saw I was looking for another place to go the shop called me and was swearing at me because I i said they couldn't get it and needed somewhere else to take my truck .. Very poor way to represent themselves after trying to be nice
I was travelling from New York to Illinois when my alternator gave out. I was nervous about stopping in an unfamiliar place to get my car fixed. At home the auto shop I go to know my dad and I know they wont rip me off. Den's Auto were very friendly and honest. The part was going to take a day to arrive and they drove me to a hotel. They had my car fixed the next day and I made it safely to Illinois. They gave me a fair price and installed the part in a timely manner after it arrived. I highly recommend Den's Auto.
They did more damage to our car then wouldn't admit to it. Wouldn't go back there if my life depended on it. They are not truthful at all. Bad bad place.
